How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive an additional email at the time your order ships that will include the tracking number of the courier to trace your package.

If you sign up or have an account on Jasmeen industries web, you may also check the status of your order by clicking on the order number within your account. From there, you will be able to view the full details of your order, including the status and tracking number.

Our shipping is available all over the world. We ship to Europe by using our UK channel with the collaboration of APX Logistics and the rest of the other countries are shipped by DHL by air.
